The documents will be emailed to the potential bidder between 08:30am and 16:30pm during weekdays for a non-refundable fee of P2500.00 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Pula only), which is to be deposited to the NBFIRA Bank Account. Account Details are stated below:

Proof of payment will be required, for issuing the tender. Documents should be emailed to: procurement@nbfira.org.bw. The closing time for tender offers shall not be later than 12:00 Hrs on 28th September 2022 and the tender opening shall be carried out immediately after closing. As a way of observing COVID-19 protocols, there shall be no bidders allowed to attend the tender opening. The tender opening results will be shared with the bidders through email.
