Public Notice - LCM Capital PLC (PTY) LTD

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) would like to inform members of the public that it has cancelled LCM Capital PLC (Pty) Ltd (LCM)’s licence to operate as an Asset Manager.

The effect of this cancellation is that LCM is prohibited from offering asset management services, including the on-boarding of new clients with respect to activities falling under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA.
