PUBLIC NOTICE - ANANDI CAPITAL (PTY) LTD

1. Members of the public are informed that Anandi Capital (Pty) Limited  (Anandi), applied and was granted temporary suspension of its licence as an Asset Manager specialising in private equity, until December 31, 2023. 

2. Anandi will, therefore, not be eligible to offer asset management services including the on-boarding of new clients, with respect to activities falling under the supervisory purview of NBFIRA until the suspension is lifted.
