Lending Activities

These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (Finance Companies) Regulations, 2017, and shall come into operation on such a day as the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, appoint.

In accordance with Section 45(2) of the NBFIRA Act 46:06, the Regulatory Authority is obliged to publish a notice of grant of a license in the Gazette. In pursuance thereof, the public is informed that the following micro-lenders were licensed during the month of December, 2014.
