Public Notice - Unlicensed Virtual Assets Service Provider - Berry Crypto Trading Platform

It has come to the attention of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (the Regulatory Authority) that Berry Crypto Trading Platform is providing services related to a virtual token exchange and facilitating the exchange between virtual assets and fiat currency without a licence from the Regulatory Authority to provide virtual asset business services.

The Regulatory Authority would like to inform members of the public that Berry Crypto Trading Platform is not licenced to provide virtual asset business services in Botswana, therefore, the business and its representatives are operating illegally.

Members of the public are, therefore, warned to refrain from doing business with Berry Crypto Trading Platform.
