Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites suitably qualified individuals to ap­ply for the following vacancy:

Human Resources Officer (Recruitment & Learning and Development Support) – 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Reports to: Manager – Human Resources

Main Purpose of the job

Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate training initiatives to align talent resourcing and skills development with the Authority’s statutory mandate.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Training & Development, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology or related field
• A postgraduate qualification in any of the above will be an added advantage.
• Professional certification and membership of a recognised HR professional body desirable.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience with practical experience in recruitment and selection & learning and development.
