SUBJECT:    INVITATION TO THE NBFIRA AML/CFT NATIONAL RISK ASSESSMENT CASCADING WORSHOP

1. The above subject matter.

2. The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) will conduct a National Risk Assessment (NRA) Cascading Workshops for regulated entities in the scheduled towns and their surroundings. The workshop will focus on the findings of the NRA, with particular emphasis on identified emerging risks within the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) sector, as well as the recommended mitigation measures. It will also provide a platform for dialogue on the sector’s perspectives regarding these findings, including key challenges, concerns, and practical experiences. Discussions will be guided by the NRA report, which will serve as the primary reference point for deliberations.

4. Regulated entities located and around the above-named towns are requested to nominate one representative being the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (“AMLCO”) to attend.

5. For logistical arrangements and planning purposes, entities are requested to confirm attendance by registering through the link provided below by close of business on June 10, 2026. The exact venue for the workshops will then be communicated by June 12, 2026.
