SUBJECT:    INVITATION TO THE NBFIRA BOTSWANA’S NATIONAL RISK ASSESSMENT CASCADING WORKSHOP

1. Reference is made to the above subject matter.

2. The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) to participate in the upcoming Botswana AML/CFT National Risk Assessment (NRA) cascading workshop at Travel Lodge Gaborone, scheduled for the below dates;

3. The workshop follows the completion of the NRA process and is intended to present the key findings, outline their implications, and provide guidance on appropriate risk mitigation measures for the respective sectors. Regulated institutions are, therefore, requested to nominate representatives as per the invitation letters.
