Public Notice – Fima Enterprises (Pty) Ltd

The Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (“NBFIRA”) acting in terms of Section 62 (1) of the NBFIRA Act, 2023, has appointed Mr. John Hinchliffe as the Statutory Manager of Fima Enterprises (Pty) Ltd (Fima) on August 26, 2025.

All stakeholders of Fima are advised to refer all queries, complaints, and/or claims pertaining to the entity to the Statutory Manager.
