Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites service providers to submit proposals for the below listed EOI:

NBFIRA EOI 002/24-25: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO CONDUCT BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR NBFIRA BOARD OF DIRECTORS, EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND RISK AND QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING RISK CHAMPIONS

Procurement Method is: Open domestic bidding for Local companies domiciled in Republic of Botswana

Tenderers/Consultants must, in order to be considered for the EOI, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the following categories:

Code 317:  Other Consultancy Services

Subcode 01: Management Consultancy Services

Bidders/ Consultants are required to submit their proposals not later than 1200hrs on the 05 December 2025 to the following address:

Proposals will be opened at 12:05 hrs on 5^th December 2025 at the NBFIRA Head office. The EOI opening results will be shared with the bidders/consultants through email.

Queries relating to this EOI should be directed to the Procurement Office which can be contacted on procurement@nbfira.org.bw and should reach the office not later than 5 days before the closing date.

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Standardised Conditions of Tender for services shall apply to this procurement.

Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, NBFIRA is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal.
