Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites service providers to submit proposals for the below listed EOI:
NBFIRA EOI 001/24-25: Expression of Interest For Conducting a Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Ml/Tf) Sectoral Risk Assessment for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs)
Procurement Method is: Open domestic bidding for local companies and consultants domiciled in Republic of Botswana
Tenderers/Consultants must, in order to be considered for the EOI, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the following categories:
Code317: Other Consultancy Services
Subcode 10: Fraud and risk analysis
Individual Consultants are exempt from the above PPRA requirement.

INVITATION TO EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EOI SECTORIAL RISK ASSESSMENT
Bidders/ Consultants are required to submit their proposals not later than 1200hrs on the 13th June 2025 to the following address:

The proposals will be opened at 12:05 hrs on 13th June 2025 at the NBFIRA Head office. The EOI opening results will be shared with the bidders/consultants through email.
Queries relating to this EOI should be directed to the Procurement Office which can be contacted on procurement@nbfira.org.bw and should reach the office not later than 5 days before the closing date.
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Standardised Conditions of Tender for services shall apply to this procurement.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, NBFIRA is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal.
