Vacancy: Graduate Intern – Records & Archives Management

Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following vacancy:

  1. Graduate Intern – Records & Archives Management– One (1) year Internship Programme

Reports to: Manager – Records & Administration

Responsibilities

  • Records Capturing, Scanning, classification, filing, ensuring continuity of EDRMS-related activities
  • Document digitisation
  • Records indexing
  • File classification
  • Data Capturing
  • Quality Assurance

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least a Degree in Records and Archives Management
  • or a Degree in Library & Information Studies with a Diploma in Records and Archives Management, from a recognised institution.
  • No experience required

Specialised knowledge, Technical skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of using document management systems or EDRMS (advantageous)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • High attention to detail and precision in data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
