NBFIRA  Participates at the Compliance and Risk Management Training

The Authority recently participated at the Compliance and Risk Management Training 2026, held from 18^th to 19^th  March 2025 under the theme “The Future of Compliance: Innovation, AI and Automation”

Representing the Authority, Ms. Tumisang Ramotlopi, Senior Risk Coordinator, delivered a presentation on The Role of NBFIRA in Strengthening Compliance and Financial Stability, highlighting the Authority’s commitment to promoting sound risk management, enhancing regulatory compliance, and safeguarding Botswana’s financial system.

As the Non-Bank Financial sector continues to grow and evolve, NBFIRA remains focused on fostering resilient institutions, supporting responsible innovation, and protecting consumers in an increasingly digital and interconnected financial landscape.
