Getting Married

A wedding is a dream day for many women and it always comes at a cost. The most important thing is to decide what needs to be done and plan accordingly.Consider having the wedding in a year to allow yourself time to pay/save for the big day.

Here are other things to consider to reduce the costs;

  1. Cut the guest list. This will slash your catering costs and save on invitations and even the number of centrepieces.
  2. Consider having a traditional lunch for magadi and a smaller crowd at the more expensive wedding reception.
  3. Think off-peak season, Schedule the wedding in off-peak times. When there’s less competition for dates, you can have more negotiating power.
  4. Have bigger tables so you need fewer centrepieces and tablecloths, do your own invites and menu.
  5. Use flowers that are in season,also consider  using  non-floral center pieces , like lanterns.
